The following conditions apply when ordering in the webshop.

Prices and Payment

Each item is listed with price including or excluding VAT depending on the selected mode. At checkout you can see the total price including all taxes, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are stated in the checkout depending on the chosen payment method. Shipping terms are stated at checkout depending on the shipping method.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers usually have a right of withdrawal (withdrawal period) for 14 days. To take advantage of your right of action, you must contact us. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret the order. The withdrawal period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made item - or a product that has a clear personal touch, the cancellation date begins on the day we provided information.

You do not have a right of withdrawal: The service commenced during the withdrawal period with your consent, the price depends on the financial market's fluctuations, such as a share, the item can not be returned due to its nature, the seal is broken on audio - or video recordings or computer programs. Seal also refers to technical sealing.

When using your right of withdrawal: You are required to keep the product in as good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost because you are negligent, you lose your right of withdrawal.
